50 Years of Innovation in the School of Civil and Mechanical Engineering at Curtin

If you weren't already aware, this year Curtin University is celebrating 50 Years of Innovation. That's 50 years since we welcomed the first students into our predecessor institution, the Western Australian Institute of Technology (WAIT), and 30 years since it became Curtin.

What's more, Civil and Mechanical Engineering were amongst the very first courses offered back when WAIT was established, in 1967.

To mark these significant milestones, we will be hosting a sundowner to celebrate 50 Years of Innovation in the School of Civil and Mechanical Engineering at Curtin on Friday 27 October 2017. This will be a fantastic opportunity to rekindle friendships, reconnect with the University and network with industry.

Formal invitations will be sent later in the year, but in the meantime we need your help!

Contact details - Sadly we don't have everyone's contact information so please forward this email to your Civil and Mechanical Engineering friends and colleagues who graduated from WAIT or Curtin. We don't want anyone to miss out!

Register your interest - To ensure that you're kept in the loop about this exciting event, we invite you to register your interest.
